Massage

Massage benefits;

  • blood and lymph circulation
  • promotes sleep, tones muscles
  • removes waste from the muscles allowing them to work to their optimum.

It is ideal as a one off treatment for relaxation, or as a more committed approach to restoring full health to weary, knotted muscles.

Each type of massage brings about a deep feeling of relaxation and being truly centered.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage would be ideal for those with knotty, stressed muscles, where the muscles have become so tense and locked that they are beginning to produce pain and other physical defects such as headaches, neck, shoulder, lower back disorders or general back pain to name just a few.

It would also suit those who preferred a deep, strong massage. It leaves you feeling refreshed, calm, and “lighter”, with a reduction of pain, if not pain free.
